It’s quite easy to get around Hoi An on a bicycle, electric bicycle, motorbike or even a grab-bike, or vehicle, if you aren’t ready to hit the road on your own. It’s easy to reach places in the community in minutes, at an affordable cost.

Hoi An is small enough for tweens and teens to have autonomy. They can explore on their own, with groups of friends, venture to shops, or use transit (grab, or a bicycle) to attend activities, or join friends on their own.

Hoi An is forty-minutes outside of Da Nang, where you’ll find the airport and the conveniences that come with a larger city. It’s a fantastic home base to find community, but also maintain access to an easy travel hub.

Hoi An is a free, no-barriers community worldschool hub. It’s our belief that you shouldn’t have to pay for community, for friendships and connections. There is no cost to join the community and connect with local and travelling families.
